Heads up to anyone working the rest of today (Tuesday November 6) and tomorrow (Wednesday November 7)…
The Medicare Made Easy program scheduled for Wednesday, November 7th at 7pm has been cancelled due to low enrollment. The instructor said if anyone shows up tomorrow to the program as a walk in, she wants us to give the guest her name and phone number so they can arrange a one-on-one session with her. The instructor’s name is Marie and her phone number is 631-433-0656.
3 of the 4 people on the list had cancelled (which is what prompted this) and the fourth person was given the option of a one-on-one session already.

Hi everyone,
The library Safety & Emergency Action Plan has been updated for our new location. You’ll find a copy in your mailbox today. Additional copies will be kept at the Guest Services and Children’s desks for reference.
We strongly encourage you to participate in a meeting to go over the details of the plan. Please let us know if you can attend one of the dates/times below. We will adjust your schedule if you are not already scheduled to work at these times:
Monday, October 29 – 6:30pm or 7:30pm Tuesday, October 30 – 1pm Thursday, November 1 – 8am
We look forward to reviewing the plan with you to ensure a safe environment in the library.

iSolved Software Enhancement Coming on October 26th! Unlock Your Own iSolved Login On October 26, 2018.Employees and administrators will have more control over their iSolved account while still maintaining a high level of security protection. Employees no longer need to contact the HR or payroll department to unlock their employee self-service (ESS) login. If one of your employees forgets their password and attempts to log in, after five unsuccessful attempts, the account is locked. In this release, a new feature will be implemented that automatically unlocks the account after 10 minutes. They can attempt to log in again or use the forgot password function. If the user attempts to log in again and has five more failed attempts, the 10-minute process will be repeated.
